Our story
Sure On Property was established in 2026 with a clear thesis: the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 would fundamentally reshape private lettings in England, and the market needed an agency built from scratch around the new rules — not one scrambling to adapt legacy practices.
The agency was founded on the back of over 21 years of compliance, operational, and facilities management experience in the commercial and corporate sector — working with institutional organisations including Microsoft, the NHS, and global service partners Sodexo and Cushman & Wakefield. That background means SOP applies institutional-grade compliance rigour to residential lettings — a standard the sector rarely sees.

We are based in Slough and cover West London, Greater London, and the wider Berkshire and Buckinghamshire areas. We serve small portfolio landlords — typically managing one to five properties — who deserve the same professional, compliance-first service that institutional investors receive.
