Our story

Sure on Property was established in 2026 with a clear thesis: the Renters’ Rights Act 2025 would fundamentally reshape private lettings in England, and the market needed an agency built from scratch around the new rules — not one scrambling to adapt legacy practices.

We are based in Slough and cover the whole of West London and the Home Counties. We serve small portfolio landlords — typically managing one to five properties — who deserve the same professional, compliance-first service that institutional investors receive.

What makes us genuinely different: every tier of our service includes full regulatory compliance as standard. Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, Awaab’s Law readiness, anti-discrimination compliance, pet request procedures, Section 13 documentation — all included from the base tier. Other agencies charge extra for these. We believe compliance is the foundation, not an add-on.
