Your rights as a tenant — built into every tenancy

No-fault evictions abolished

Section 21 is gone. You can only be asked to leave on valid legal grounds under Section 8. Your security of tenure is protected by law.

Deposit protection guaranteed

Your deposit is protected in the government-approved TDS Custodial scheme. Prescribed Information is served within the statutory 30-day window — always.

Fair rent increases only

Rent can only rise once per year via formal Section 13 notice with two months' written notice. You have the right to challenge any increase at the First-tier Tribunal.

Pet requests considered fairly

You have the legal right to request a pet. We respond within 42 days. Blanket pet bans do not exist in our tenancy agreements.
